Back by Popular Demand - Restart a Heart – Let's Keep the Beat Going - Free CPR & Defibrillator Training ????

Join us at White Rose Training on Saturday 21st November 2026 for a free, practical session as part of the Restart a Heart campaign.

Learn how to recognise a cardiac arrest, call for help, perform CPR and use a defibrillator (AED). You’ll have the opportunity to practise, ask questions and build your confidence in a friendly, supportive environment.

No previous first aid experience is needed. Whether you’re learning for the first time or refreshing your skills, we’d love to welcome you.
