MHFA England - Mental Health First Aider® Training

This two day training course will be held at our Leeds training centre at Sunny Bank Mills in Farsley, Pudsey , just off the ring road between Bradford and Leeds.

By completing this two-day course with us, you will gain:

• A deeper understanding of mental health and the factors influencing wellbeing.
• Practical skills to identify triggers and signs of mental health challenges.
• The confidence to support someone in their recovery by guiding them to appropriate resources.
• Three years of access to the MHFAider Support App®, offering 24/7 digital support.

Where you have 4 or more learners, we can also come to you at your premises (subject to space) and deliver the course up to a maximum of 16 learners. Please contact us here to discuss your requirements.
