1-day Paediatric First Aid (Blended) Training Course

This one day training course in Paediatric First Aid (PFA) will be held at our Leeds training centre at Sunny Bank Mills in Farsley, Pudsey , just off the ring road between Bradford and Leeds.

Our popular blended paediatric first aid courses focus on emergencies that face people looking after young children and infants. This training is suitable for parents, people working in nurseries and all schools (as young people up to 18 are now defined as children for first aid. It is also suitable for child-minders and also those running after school clubs. Our courses meet all OFSTED / EYFS requirements.

Our training techniques provide learners with the skills, knowledge and confidence to act effectively when it really matters.

• Timings: 9.00am start - 4.30pm finish.
• Photo ID required

Our instructors will present the training as a blended course over only one day. This popular method allows online learning to be completed on any PC or mobile device ahead of the practical course.

Blended learning is run in 2 parts:

Part 1: Online

• This part of the course is self-directed and is expected to take up to 4 – 6 hours to complete. You can complete the modules at your own pace in your own environment providing you the flexibility you need. The online training must be completed within the 4 weeks prior to your face-to-face training.
• The online section of this course must be completed before attending the face-to-face section.

Part 2: Face-to-face (at our training venue)

• You'll be in the classroom for 1 day, led by a specialist trainer.

Emergency First Aid at Work (Bolt on)

You can also add the adult EFAW content to this course at the time of booking- your training day will increase by 1 hour for only £24 extra (saving £75 if bought separately)
